Policy Details

We offer EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags ATTACHED to the item. 

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Railroad Junction Boutique strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees

Railroad Junction Boutique does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

To return your purchase from Railroad Junction Boutique, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Proof of purchase. Please contact us for the mailing address. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Railroad Junction Boutique will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 business days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Railroad Junction Boutique will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
